About the Ingredients

It contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues, normal hair pigmentation, normal skin pigmentation, protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal function of the immune system, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and normal iron transport in the body.
Selenium: Selenium is found in the soil, water, and in certain foods (such as seafood, lean meats and poultry, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds, and soy products). This mineral is a component of more than two dozen proteins that influence everything from skin health to reproduction. It contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, the maintenance of normal nails, the normal function of the immune system, normal thyroid function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Pomegranate: The pomegranate (botanical name Punica granatum), is a fruit-bearing deciduous shrub or small tree in the family Lythraceae that grows between 5 and 8 m (16 and 26 ft) tall. The fruit contains hundreds of edible seeds called arils. The pomegranate originated in the region of modern-day Iran and has been cultivated since ancient times throughout the Mediterranean region and northern India. Today, it is widely cultivated throughout the Middle East and Caucasus region, north Africa and tropical Africa, the Indian subcontinent, Central Asia, the drier parts of southeast Asia and parts of the Mediterranean Basin. It is also cultivated in parts of California and Arizona.

Rosemary leaf: Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) contains flavonoids, diterpenes, volatile oil, and rosmarinic acid.
Pine bark: Pine bark is a herbal extract, which contains oligomeric proanthocyanidin compounds (OPCs), the same active ingredient that can be found in grapeseeds, the skin of peanuts and witch hazel bark.
Silica: Silica, made up of the most common elements on earth – silicon (Si) and oxygen (O2) – is used by the body to create and maintain collagen.
